This product saved my but on a layover...gave just the right of comfort...not heavy on my neck and shoulder like those foam pillows and much better support.  Let me roll my head when I needed to and it contoured my head with every adjustment of my head.  Arrived in 3 days after I ordered it in a re-usable package.  Also breathes so it kept my head and neck cool...not hot and sticky....love this product.
