Got the product in two days and was packaged well.  Included cover and some consice material on the product care, etc.  Used it, love the feel, and have also tried washing it with no problems.

Ok, I am not an online review kinda guy and I usually dont bother to take the time to come back to a store after I have bought something to write a review.  I sent an email to the admin of the site and they sent me the link to write a review so I am going to take the time to do it now.  I absolutely am thrilled about this pillow.  I am elderly and have neck pain.  I wanted a pillow that was not heavy and bulky but gave me support.  I spent some time looking online and decided to give this pillow a try.  It is a combination of the microbeads with also some internal fiber it looks like to make it extra soft.  I can use this pillow for napping, reading, or as a night pillow.  Never thought a pillow would make such a difference but it does.  I slept better from the night I first used this product.  I would encourage any one else to give it a try.
